These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of cherrybomb.studio, our online booking and event tools, intake/consent forms, and related communications with Cherry Bomb Studio (“Cherry Bomb,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

Services

Cherry Bomb provides tattoo, piercing, tooth gems, and related body art services by appointment, walk-in (when available), and at special events. Service availability, pricing, artists, and policies may change.

Information on our website is for general purposes and does not guarantee availability of any specific artist, design, time slot, or event offering.

Eligibility and minors

You must provide accurate information when booking or signing up.

Some services have age requirements. Minors may require a parent or legal guardian present and appropriate consent/documentation. We may refuse service when required by law or studio policy.

Appointments, deposits, and cancellations

Booking requests may require review and acceptance by the studio.

Deposits may be required to confirm appointments. Deposit amounts and payment terms are shown at booking.

Unless otherwise stated at booking:

  • Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferable with sufficient notice (commonly 48 hours or as stated in your confirmation)

  • No-shows or late cancellations may forfeit deposits

  • Rescheduling is subject to availability and studio policy

Event and flash offerings (including first-come, first-served lines) may have separate rules shown at sign-up.

Event lines and walk-in queue

When you join an event line online, you agree to receive status updates by the contact method you select (text or email). Line position is based on sign-up order unless otherwise stated. Joining the line does not guarantee service before the event ends; we serve as capacity and time allow.

Intake, consent, and release forms

You agree to complete required intake and consent forms accurately. You represent that the information you provide is truthful. Services may not be provided without completed required forms.

By submitting forms, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agreed to the provisions, waivers, and policies presented in those forms for the specific service.

Text messaging terms

By providing your mobile number and selecting text notifications or joining an event line with text selected you consent to receive transactional text messages from Cherry Bomb related to bookings, appointments, forms, event line status, and customer care.

  • Message and data rates may apply

  • Reply STOP to opt out

  • Reply HELP for help

  • Reply START or YES to opt back in after opting out

Cherry Bomb does not use this SMS program for unrelated promotional marketing. Optional promotional communications are sent by email only when you separately opt in.

Supported carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Email terms

Transactional emails may be sent regarding your bookings and forms. Marketing emails are optional and require separate consent where applicable.

Client conduct

You agree not to:

  • Provide false or misleading information

  • Harass staff or other clients

  • Interfere with studio operations or systems

  • Use our services for unlawful purposes

We may refuse or terminate service for conduct that threatens safety, disrupts operations, or violates these Terms.

Intellectual property

Website content, branding, flash designs (unless otherwise noted), and studio materials are owned by Cherry Bomb or licensors and may not be copied or used without permission.

Disclaimer

Body modification services involve risks including infection, allergic reaction, scarring, and dissatisfaction with results. You are responsible for following aftercare instructions. Services are provided subject to professional judgment and applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our website and online tools are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cherry Bomb is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or online tools.

Our total liability for claims relating to online services (excluding in-studio service claims governed by separate agreements/waivers) is limited to the amount you paid to us through the online system in the three (3) months before the claim, or $100, whichever is greater, except where liability cannot be limited by law.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cherry Bomb from claims arising from your misuse of our website, false information you provide, or violation of these Terms, except to the extent caused by our negligence or misconduct.

Disputes and governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes shall be brought in courts located in New York County, New York, unless otherwise required by law.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
