Friday the 13th Tattoos in NYC: 100 Flash Designs at Cherry Bomb Studio

Friday the 13th is coming up, and this time we got a little out of control.

We usually make 50 designs for our Friday the 13th flash event. This time we somehow ended up making 100.

The designs have already dropped, so you can start figuring out which ones you want.

The flash

For this event we split the flash into two styles:

  • 50 fine line designs

  • 50 bold designs

All designs are pre drawn flash and available first come, first served.


Event rules

To keep things moving smoothly:

  • Walk-ins only

  • No appointments or RSVPs

  • Cash only (we have an ATM)

  • Arms and legs only

  • You can get more than one tattoo

If you want multiple tattoos, you’re welcome to hop back in line.

What Friday the 13th tattoos are

Friday the 13th tattoo events are a long-standing tradition in tattoo shops. Artists release special flash sheets that are only available for that day, usually at a set price, and tattoo people all day long.

It’s chaotic, fun, and a good excuse to add another weird little tattoo to the collection.
